Richard Gardner, 69, passed away on June 16, 2023. He was born on November 19, 1953 in Washington DC. He has been a resident of Vero Beach, FL for the last 46 years. He was a land surveyor both in Virginia and Florida, he was a member of the Vero Beach Moose Lodge 1822. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Gardner; step-daughter Shannon (Doug) Smith; grandchildren Kaitlin, Lauren, Alex and Ryan Smith; great granddaughter Melanie Cameron. He was predeceased by his parents Elwood and Lois Gardner and sister Nancy Spicer.

Joyce sorry to see richard passing I met you and richard in Vero year 1995 I was on a journey working in Vero and still am anyway richard you were something and we had good times at the lodge and your home,, pulled off some great dinners.
