Alicia Dawn Blanchard

Alicia Dawn “Blueyes” Blanchard, 68, of Indian River County, Florida passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 16, 2025.
Alicia loved Crafting, wreath making, motorcycle rides, camping, cooking for and feeding her family and club brothers and sisters but most of all going for long rides with her best friend and husband and making memories with her children and grandchildren at the “river” or anything outside.
She belonged to the Fiasco Brothers and Overlords Motorcycle Clubs, she was an avid rider.
Alicia is survived by her loving husband; Charles “Buzzard” Blanchard, her children and grandchildren, Tina Dawn Brown (Tilor, Austin, Hailei and Carson), Tylyn Blanchard (Madalyn, Jaelin, and Kaylyn), Ashlyn and Drew Deck (Chaslyn, Inola and Joseph), Nellie M. Blanchard and Lucas Lupton (Lyra), her siblings, Cheri R. Cudney, Willie L. Tankersley, Jr. and Denise B. Tankersley, Darrell R. and Tiffani Tankersley, Enid K. Tankersley, Kendall W. Blanchard II, Donna and Stu McNicol, and her Lifetime Friend Brenda Brown.
Alicia is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that weren’t blood relatives but were always considered brothers and sisters and all the kids she impacted that her children brought into her life.
Alicia will be joining in the heavens her parents; Merle and Sam Wilson, father; Willie Louis Tankersley Sr., daughter; Oona Skye, Son-in-law; Ronald Brown (Tina), Sister-in-law; Marie W. Blanchard (Kendall).
Arrangements are under the care of Millennium Cremation Service.
