Randall James Wilson

March 11, 1953 ~ January 03, 2026

Randall James Wilson, 72, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026. He was born to the late Milford and Phyllis Wilson on March 11th, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Randy graduated from Henderson High School in Dekalb County, Georgia in 1971 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University in 1975. Randy was an actuary at Cigna until he retired in 2009.

He married his wife of 46 years, Linda Dagon, in 1980. They lived together in South Windsor Connecticut, before relocating to Woodstock Connecticut, where they later retired and moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2015.

A loving and model husband, father and grandfather, Randy provided an example for all who knew him to emulate and aspire to. He treasured time with his wife, family and friends, and lived a good life in service of the Lord. An avid runner, he always stayed active, loved to travel with Linda, and was eager to take on new projects to help family and friends around him. He was an active member of Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church and spent time volunteering for Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.

Randy is survived by his wife, Linda Wilson, and children Jeffrey and his wife Thu of Washington, DC, and Adam and his wife Jennifer of Port Saint Lucie. He also has three grandchildren: Ryder, Slater and Jason.

In lieu of flowers, Randy has requested Contributions as a Memorial be made to Care Net.

Private services will be held in Florida and Georgia. A Celebration of Life will be held in Connecticut at a later date.

Randy was a great man of God and a friend.
I have been blessed to have known him.
I hope he finds a good chinese buffet in heaven, like Mikata of Jensen Beach!

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
