Susan L. Randall

July 09, 1954 ~ October 26, 2025

Susan L. Randall, born on July 9, 1954, in Watertown, New York, passed away unexpectantly on October 26, 2025 doing what she loved: enjoying time at sea on a transatlantic cruise. By the grace of God, Susan was surrounded by her sisters Kathe and Karen along with a close lifelong friend Juan Franceschini when she passed. She was 71 years old.

Susan’s early years were rooted in Watertown, where she graduated from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Elementary School in 1968 and Watertown High School in 1972. She continued her education at St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology graduating in1976. Her academic journey laid the foundation for a dedicated career in healthcare.

Susan worked as a medical laboratory technician in several hospitals across New York and Orlando, Florida. Her commitment to her profession spanned decades and culminated with her retirement from Orlando Health in 2019. Throughout her career, she contributed to the well-being of countless patients through her meticulous work behind the scenes.

She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Rosalyn Randall of Vero Beach, FL; her brother Richard Randall of Greece, NY; and her sisters Katherine Randall of Celebration, FL; Karen Randall-Progebin of SeaTac, WA; Mary Jo Fleury of Vero Beach, FL; Anne Cannella of Cicero, NY; and Patricia Grandage of McKinney, TX. Susan also leaves behind many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, and several lifelong friends who brought immense joy to her life.

She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Randall and step father, Rocco Bianchi

Susan found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and joyful adventures. She loved traveling on cruise ships and had a special fondness for Disney World. Whether crafting with family, playing Bingo or catching the latest movie release, she embraced each moment with enthusiasm. Susan also cherished time spent with family—especially her nieces and nephews along with their children, who held a special place in her heart.

My deepest sympathy for all of the Randall family. You were all a part of my growing up in the neighborhood and going to school with Susan. I especially enjoyed being her roommate at St. John Fisher for our first year there. We remained friends for all four years at Fisher. Susan was always dedicated to her studies and worked hard to achieve her goals. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
