Ronald Bruce Marr

July 27, 1942 ~ February 28, 2026

Ronald Bruce Marr, lovingly known as Brother Marr, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away February 28, 2026, at the age of 83.

 

Ronald was born in 1942 and lived an adventurous life of ministry.

 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Mary Sparks Marr, with whom he built a life together that was never dull.

 

He is also survived by his daughter, Robyn Sims, and her husband, Randy Sims; daughter Tammy Cupoli, and her husband Richard Cupoli; daughter Ronda Freeman, and her husband, Troy Freeman; son Timothy Marr, and his wife, Kimberly Marr; his cherished grandchildren, Amy Stabile and her husband, Antony Stabile; Ashley Sims; Rachael Fowler and her husband, Sam Fowler; Niccole Mason, and her husband, Ben Mason; Ricky Cupoli, and his wife Bri Cupoli; Joshua Freeman, and his wife, Emily Freeman; Megan Foreman, and her husband, Zachary Foreman; Emma Freeman; Jillian Marr; Judah Marr; Josiah Marr; and 12 Great Grandchildren.

 

Ronald was preceded in death by his father John Marr and his mother Evelyn Giles Marr-Mayhew-McCullen.

 

He pastored churches in Maine, Canada, New Jersey & Virginia. He also traveled and ministered in 43 States, three provinces in Canada, Belgium and Cuba. He was passionate about preaching Jesus and Revival. He loved to see people’s lives changed by God.

 

Ronald enjoyed time spent with family for holidays, vacations, sporting events and a variety of other activities. He is loved by all who knew him, and his impact on their lives cannot be overstated.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at Victory International Praise Ministries in Melbourne, FL, Wednesday,  March 4 at 5pm.  Visitation at 4pm. Pastor Tim Marr will be officiating.

Uncle Ronnie you were one of my favorites! We always had fun together as I grew up. You were so very welcoming and made me laugh a lot! You were one great preacher too! You will be missed but know you were loved oh so much! I will cherish the memories always!!
