Rev. David Alan Johns traded this earthly life for a robe and crown on January 31, 2023, in Brooksville, Florida at the age of 61.
David was preceded in death by his father Rev. Buddy Johns, mother Linda Johns, father-in-law Gene Coburn mother-in-law Louise Emm and brother-in-law’s Sam and Timmy Coburn.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years Susan, son Ryan, daughter-in-law Michelle, and daughter Tiffany. He has 4 grandchildren that he leaves Carly, Mikayla, Sophia, and Andrew. He also leaves behind his only sister Kelly Yates, brother-in-law Lesley Coburn (Gina) and sister-in-law Beverly Wetherell and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.

It goes back to the early 80’s, you and your Mom & Dad inspired me many times over. Watching you and your sister sing in the choir was always a great Sunday. Condolences to your family and close friends.
