Allen was a peace loving man who saw the horrors of war trying to make our world a better place to live in. He was a good man and a great husband to his wife Michele.

Although I never met Allen, I feel as though I knew him. Michele and I have been in close contact for the past several months and she has told me so many wonderful things about him. He was a great dad and a wonderful husband. He will be missed by so many. He was dearly loved by his wife and sons. Until we meet in heaven…. God bless you, Allen. Joan Dugan.

Dear Michele

I had your mail and tried to comment on my feelings in the condolence, but it’s couldn’t submit.
So I write in this mail.

After I heard the news about Allen from you, I do not know how to express my feelings and heartbreak.
He was so kind and warm-hearted when we were together in Vietnam.
We worked at the 283rd Dust Off Unit at Tuy Hoa in Vietnam, and we have a lot of good memories all those days as like real brothers.
Most of the time over there, Allen was always helping me, for example, waiting for me to come back from long hours and dangerous missions, even till dawn. I will never forget all those beautiful and good memories with Allen that we spent together.

I am sure we could meet again in the other world, and in the meantime, I hope he takes good rest without any suffering or sickness.
Allen! I miss you so much and meet you again.

Always your brother

Dear Allen, may you rest in blissful peace. We worked at the same company in Silicon Valley, and your sense of humor was a delight. When the company was sold, and we found ourselves on the street you came up with the idea of starting a transportation business. To this day, the name for it cracks me up, “Dung Beetle Express.”

I’m so sad that Allen is no longer with us. I’m Michele’s sister and Allen was my family for 40 years. He always took care of me and was instrumental in schooling me on all sorts of things in my life. So very intelligent! Eloquent! What a superior brain that man had! I have so, so many special memories of him throughout the years that I will always cherish. I love you Allen. I’ll miss you big guy!

We met the Hauptman’s on our first week in Vero. Such a lovely couple. Than came a hit. Life changed in a fraction of a second. We followed Allen through the hardship of past the accident on a weekly basic until his last day. Rest in peace dear friend.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
