Charlie was one of the most genuine, kind and sincere men you could ever meet. We were blessed to have him as a neighbor for 4 years when we lived in Florida. He was always willing to go out of his way to help anyone in anyway possible. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family. He will always be remembered in the best ways. Rest in peace our friend.
