Heather Lynn Grey

July 12, 1985 ~ March 12, 2026

Heather Lynn Grey, 40, passed away on March 12, 2026 in Vero Beach, FL.

She was born on July 12, 1985, in Meriden, CT and moved with her family to Vero Beach as a young child, where she spent most of her life and built countless memories. Growing up in the community she loved, Heather formed lasting friendships and embraced the simple joys of coastal life. She graduated from Vero Beach High School in 2003, where she was an active member of the Vero Beach High School Band and found joy in music and camaraderie. She later continued her education at University of North Florida.

Heather worked as a baker for five years, a role that perfectly reflected her lifelong love of cooking and baking. From a young age, she found joy in the kitchen and took pride in sharing her creations with family and friends.

Heather will be remembered for her warm spirit, her creativity in the kitchen, and the happiness she brought to those around her.

She leaves her memories to be cherished by her mother, Nancy Wishart; sister, Shelley Wishart of Orlando, FL; fiancée, Enrique Hernandez of Ft. Pierce, FL; aunt, Cindy (Kevin) Carroll of Cherryville, NC; uncle, Jeff (Kerry Elinskas) Snow of Weymouth, MA; cousins, Alyson (Clint) Spencer of Lincolnton, NC and Tom (Katlyn) Carroll of Pawleys Island, SC.

Heather was predeceased by her father, Donald Wishart Jr.; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Jean Snow and paternal grandparents, Donald and Elaine Wishart.

Memorial contributions may be made in Heather’s memory to the Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County, www.hsvb.org.

Arrangements are under the direction of Millennium Cremation Service, Vero Beach. Condolences may be shared online at www.millenniumcremationservice.com.

Nancy and family,

My deepest sympathy to al of you. My heart is heavy for you for yet another shocker. Life is too short for some! She is a beautiful woman who sounds like she loved life and lived it to its fullest. May our Lord be with you all to give you the peace that suprpasses all understanding. May He help you to know He IS in control, despite our huge lack of understanding. All things happen for the good of those who love HIM. I have always leaned on Him for the struggles that come in life. This will be especially hard for you, Nancy. I am so sorry but pray you are uplifted through this most difficult time and in the future. With love and continued prayers.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
