Kelley Renae Thacker passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on July 18, 2025. Born on November 13, 1967, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Kelley made Sebastian, Florida her cherished home in 1998.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Jeffery “Jeff” Thacker; her beloved daughter, Jamie, and son-in-law Andrew; and her two greatest joys, grandchildren Bailie and Abel Muehlberger. Kelley also leaves behind her brother, Damon Jackson, and many adoring nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Jackson; sister, Donna Jackson; and niece, Megan Jackson.
Kelley had a deep love for the outdoors. She found joy in fishing, boating, and relaxing at the beach—but nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her grandchildren. Her radiant spirit, gentle humor, and unwavering love will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Jamie, I am so happy you met Andy, and I got to know your mom and dad. The best times were with the joy of your mom’s life, Bailie and Abel (the joy of my life also). Those kids adored your mom, their Nana. All my love and prayers to you all.
