Richard was the best neighbor and friend a person could have ever hoped for. He and Meegan would watch my home when I was not there, but moreover they both truly cared about my well being and Richard would always check on me when I was traveling, encouraging me to rest, don’t rush and arrive safe. He watched my property like a hawk. Like most humans, he was misunderstood by many, but his friendship, goodness and caring in his heart were truly a gift from God to me when I moved to Florida. Until we meet again…Peace be with you my friend. Heaven gained a good soul in Richard.
