Lauren Maria Belbusti left this earth on March 24th, 2026 after a long illness. She was born on December 12th 1953 to Marjorie and John Glynn of New Britain, CT and was a graduate of New Britain High School, class of 1972.
She lived on the Space Coast for fourth four years and worked in in healthcare as an office manager for several private practices. During her time on the Space Coast she volunteered as a soccer coach with Palm Bay Youth Soccer when there were more players than coaches one year, the Salvation Army Through our lady of Lourdes Catholic school, Rolling readers Space Coast, was active in the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion post 117 upon her daughter Tori’s enlistment in the United States Army in 2011 and spent her final years raising money for the Brevard County chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in honor of her son Andy. Lauren never missed a soccer game for Andy or a basketball game for Tori during their childhood and was the mom for all the kids in the neighborhood. She is survived by her daughter SGT (ret) Victoria Belbusti and her grand dogs Leia and Hamilton, daughter in Law Janet Belbusti (Andrew); Brother Mark Glynn and wife Diana; sister Kathy Glynn; sister Cindy Coffey and husband Bill; niece (goddaughter) Shannon Stigall, husband Preston and daughter Adeline. Several cousins, friends and kids & grandkids whom she claimed as hers over the years. The family would like to thank Amy for her support and help with mom over the years as well as Hospice of Health First, Meridian Hospice and Indian River center.
