Aurielle Marie McIntosh

May 17, 1990 ~ March 21, 2026

Aurielle Marie McIntosh 35 y.o. was born on May 17, 1990. She lived for a short time in Sebastian FL. She previously resided in Oak Park, Il where she attended elementary school and graduated from Oak Park River Forest H.S. She obtained her Associate degree from Triton College in River Grove IL. She enlisted in the Army and was later discharged due to medical issues. Prior to her untimely passing she attended nursing school at Arizona College of Nursing in Melbourne, FL.

Aurielle is survived by her mother Erica McIntosh and her brothers Eric Williams and Maxwell Peerman, Grandparents Charles & Veta McIntosh, Rosetta & Jimmi Williams, Aunts Joan Sutherland, Shirelle Cummings, Maria Williams and Allison Parks. Uncle Steven Williams. She also leaves behind cousins who cherish her memories. She was predeceased in death by her loving father Stanley R. Williams. Who kindly referred to her as his “Baby Girl”.

Aurielle was more than a daughter, cousin, fiancé and student. She was a social butterfly, future healer in training who understood that medicine is as much about a kind word as it is about clinical skills. Whether navigating the rigors of her coursework or spending time with her future husband Rauni Smith and his beautiful twin daughters. She offered a supportive hand to her peers and family members. She loved to read her Bible and she enjoyed gospel music. Aurielle’s presence was a steady light in the halls at school. She was a person of profound warmth and joy. Her laughter was infectious and her commitment to her future profession was matched only by her deep love she shared with those closest to her. Though her time with us was far too short, the impact of her compassion will be felt forever by the patients she touched and the community she inspired.

Aurielle leaves behind a legacy of kindness that serves as a reminder to us all: to live with purpose, to love without reservation, and to always lend a hand to those in need. From her mother Erica, Fiancé Rauni and family it is with heartfelt thoughts about an amazing woman.

I would like to thank all at Millennium Cremation Services for your caring words, the thoughtful encouragement and reminder to live. You guys remind me of a scene from the movie Cloud Atlas:

“I believe death is only a door. When it closes, another opens. If I cared to imagine a heaven, I would imagine a door opening and behind it, I would find you again”.

Sincerely,

Erica McIntosh aka Aurielle’s mother,

One Love

Rauni, I’m so sorry that you are left with such a cold emptiness. In time, you’ll be able to breathe again. Trust that you’ll be reunited in one day in glory beyond our comprehension.

I only saw her a couple of times but I fell in love with her and was looking forward to a her as my daughter in love. I will continue to hold those memories of her smile and our conversation very dear. I’m looking forward to the time when Acts 24:15 where the Bible tells us that there will be a resurrection of our love ones that includes baby girl that what I called Her. Aurielle, I struggle to find the words that will express the emptiness that I feel. I did not want you to go but I am glad that the pain is behind you. I talk to you daily hoping to hear you voice saying “Auntie”. I miss you and love you. I know that the day will come where I will here the words that I seek. We will laugh and smile about crazy things like we use to. Until then, my sweet Auri I know you will be there to hold my hands when I graduate to heaven.

I would love to take the time to say Aurielle was an amazing classmate/friend. I was waiting for her to return next semester, so we can graduate together. She had a heart pure of gold I am really going to miss her laughing at me every time I bring out my snacks.

Erica,

Aurielle was one of my students in my online government course. She had an infectious laugh and brought a lot of energy and insight into our classes. I really enjoyed having her in class. I am so sorry for your loss!

I still remember baby girl Auri hanging out with us at NIU with my BFF Allison. Now, as a mother, I can’t imagine the pain her mom, auntie, and family are feeling
My thoughts and condolences are with you all. I pray for strength, comfort, and moments of peace as you navigate this loss. Aurielle’s spirit will always live on in the people who loved her.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
