Brett Spencer Marlowe

August 25, 1958 ~ July 04, 2026

Brett Spencer Marlowe, age 67, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away July 4, 2026.

He was born in Newton, New Jersey on August 25, 1958, to Spencer Leroy Marlowe (deceased) and Jeanne Marie Vanhaelst (deceased). He had been a resident of Palm Bay, Florida for over 15 years, coming from Bound Brook, New Jersey. He graduated from Vocational and Technical Schools of Sussex County in New Jersey in 1977. He was married to Catherine Crozier (deceased).

Brett was an avid NASCAR fan. His favorite past-time was frequenting the races at Pocono Racetrack in Pennsylvania and the Daytona 500 in Florida. He could be seen sporting his favorite Chase Elliott Jr. t-shirts with his long hair tied back in a ponytail. His favorite football team was The Green Bay Packers and always became excited around football season and watching The Superbowl. Growing up, he enjoyed fishing and playing football on his high school football team. He worked at ADM Corporations in New Jersey before coming to Florida. He was a maintenance mechanic and was skilled at his job, often making his own tools for work. Brett enjoyed listening to Aerosmith and had all of their albums. His favorite memory was being in the front row of an Aerosmith concert at Madison Square Garden in New York. Brett made the best burgers and lasagna. He was always the life of the party. His favorite activity was setting off fireworks on the Fourth of July. There is no doubt the thunderstorm that rolled through Melbourne, Florida the hour after he passed away, he was setting off fireworks in Heaven. Brett is dearly missed by his daughter and siblings.

He is survived by his daughter, Marlene Marlowe; and siblings Leah Marlowe, Wayne Marlowe, Peggy Van Horn and Jennifer Lambert.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
