Charles David Cartwright, 91 of Sebastian, FL passed away on September 7, 2021 at See Breeze Nursing Home, Vero Beach, FL.

Charles was born August 29, 1930 in Wilmington, DE, the son of Edward and Edith (Brown) Cartwright. He had been a resident of Sebastian for 18 years, coming from Delray Beach, FL.

He served in Delaware National Guard for 17 years and worked as a building maintenance engineer for Verizon. He enjoyed fishing and was a volunteer for the US Coast Guard.

Charles loved the Lord Jesus and his church.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Cartwright of Sebastian, FL; son, Edward Cartwright of Cambridge, MD; daughter, Christine Schwartz of Wilmington, DE several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a niece, a nephew, and a cousin. He was predeceased by his sister, June Michener.
