Darrell Lee Baird, age 90, of Sebastian FL passed away February 8, 2022 at his home in Sebastian, Florida.

He was born July 25, 1931 in Tacoma Washington the son of William Michael Beardemphl and Victoria Phylis (Osinski) Beardemphl. He served in the United States Army for three years. He had a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Science and worked for 30 years with Western Electric, Southern Bell and AT&T Corporation.

He was active in the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed photography, gardening, fishing, woodworking, home repair and genealogy. He lived in Sebastian Florida for 35 years having moved here from Coral Springs, FL.

He is survived by his wife, Carol J Baird of Sebastian, FL and by three sons: Brad L Baird of Tampa, FL, Glen A. Baird of Coconut Creek, FL and Scot D. Baird of Hodgenville, KY.
