Dona Alice Duncan Chesser

Dona Alice Duncan Chesser, age 78, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2024, in Vero Beach, Florida.
Dona was born in Akron, Ohio and later moved to Carol City where she met and married Robert Earl Chesser on September 13, 1963. They then moved to Vero Beach, FL. in 1966.
She was a 1962 graduate of Miami High School. She went on to get her license in Cosmetology where she started her own business that she ran for many years.
She was also the Chairmen of The Vero Beach Thunder on the Beach Pow Wow from 2004 to 2021 before she retired.
Dona is survived by her husband, Robert, their daughters, Christina and Kelly, their sons, James and Rodney, four grandchildren, Steven, Donavan, Amanda and Quinn as well as nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings, Robert Duncan and Linda Harrison, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Margaret Duncan and Grandson Kenneth Alexander Morris III.
There will be a private Celebration of Life for Dona at her residence.
