Gregory “Mark” Goble

The family of Gregory “Mark” Goble of Barefoot Bay, Florida is saddened to announce his passing on July 2, 2024 at the age of 62. His loved ones were at his side when he peacefully passed at the result of an extended battle with cancer.

Mark, a native of Dalton, GA, was a graduate of Southeast High School and Dalton College.

He was preceded in death by his loving father, Willard Goble of Dalton, GA. Grandparents, Buster and Ruby Goble and Rev C.J. and Gertie Arnold.

Mark is survived by his life partner of 25 years, Rob Nash of Barefoot Bay, FL; Cherished mother, Eleanor Goble of Dalton, GA; sister, Karla Martin of Calhoun, GA; uncles, aunts, cousins and many special friends which he felt very fortunate to have met throughout life. His health struggles could never outweigh his love and appreciation for his family and friends.

Special thanks are extended to the physicians and nurses attending to his needs along with the staff of both Health First Cancer Institute and Hospice of Health First.

At Mark’s request, no services will be held. Gifts of remembrance may be made to one’s favorite charity. Final wishes have been entrusted to Millennium Cremation Service of Sebastian, Florida.

Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do.
