Dear Caron,
We had the pleasure of getting to know you and Jack as we all became new Oceana residents. Over time our friendship became more like family. We had so many great conversations at the pool, dining together, and parties at the clubhouse.
Jack was a kind, gentle soul who always had a smile and loved to laugh. He loved your inner beauty and strength. The love and friendship you had together in the many years of marriage were admired by many.
He admired all the hard work you did on the Board, getting to know the many leaders in the community, meetings, organizing, taking care of problems, resolving issues, getting bids, etc. You always did what was best for the good of our community.
We will remember him with love in our hearts and we will raise a toast in his memory at our next gathering.
Much Love,
Lori and Mike

Dear Caron,
I was so sorry to read of Jack’s passing in The Villages Daily Sun.
He was a gentleman and an inspiration to so many. What he accomplished with VAST while living in The Villages was more than success in the races. He was everyone’s cheerleader. He and Hermosa were a part of a team. And that team was family.
We were blessed to know him… and he was blessed to have found you.
My deepest condolences.
Love,
Bonnie

Caron –
I have so many fond memories of Jack… one of the most endearing was when he used to ask us to turn off our cell phones before yoga class because “If God wants to reach you, he’ll find a way.”

Or his greeting at the beginning of every class: “You all look great!” Everyone used to laugh, and I thought it was because he said that at the beginning of *every* class — I was literally in your class for 3 MONTHS before I realized Jack was blind! He was so adept that I never guessed!!

His devotion to you was a beautiful thing to witness. You were an inspiration to him and to us all. In the words of Dr. Seuss (of all people) “Don’t be sad it’s over, be glad it happened.”

Sending you love & hugs,
Julie Woolley

Caron,
I was sad to hear of Jack’s passing. So many fond memories of you both ( and darling Hermosa) from yoga practice. You both taught me so much about living a good life. There are few days that pass that I don’t think of you both and yoga. I loved talking music with Jack as we had similar tastes. Be strong and be happy for all the wonderful years you shared. Hugs…..Paula Russo

Caron,
I was so sad to read of Jack’s passing in The Daily Sun. He was truly “one of a kind.” I still repeat some of his funny sayings he bestowed on our Yoga class. Through many challenges he was always upbeat and the
relationship between the two of you was truly inspirational.
Be strong, sweet teacher, and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you….Karen Cobb

Caron,
We have just lost a very close dear friend that meant the world to us. As we reflect back on the times Caron, Jack, Lu and Greg shared together we can’t forget the joy, laughter and martini happy hours discussing and solving all of the world problems. Remembering how we laughed endlessly at stupid jokes and sipping down those those great martinis.
Jack and Greg always enjoyed their special time exploring and listening to Jack’s favorite music selections from his library on his exquisite stereo system that he built and cherished. One of Jack’s questions he always asked when playing his albums was “this is a classic I bet you will like”.
Jack was always a kind loving man that cared about others and always put them first. There never was a person that met Jack that didn’t admire and respect him.
We have lost a brother, mentor, and special friend and are grateful Jack allowed us to be part of his life throughout the years.

Prayers and love to you and family.

Dear Caron,
We were so sorry to hear of Jack’s passing in the Daily Sun. Jerry and I took yoga lessons from you and Jack when you were at The Villages, in the Lake Miona Recreation Center. We always truly enjoyed the classes – you and Jack were the perfect team. We looked forward to your gentle explanations and his wonderful execution of the moves. He rang that gong so well too! You both made yoga great fun. We send our sympathy to you and your family, and know that Jack will always be with you, the perfect partner forever.

Dearest Caron,
How sad we are that Jack has passed. What a wonderful man with such a caring, altruistic, loving soul and heart. You will always be the love of his life, the wind beneathe his wings, and he was the same for you. The two of you were such a beautiful couple, “inside” and “outside”. You were the most perfect example of true love we have ever witnessed. Your devotion and love for each other was such an inspiration to all of us who were fortunate enough to know you. It was such a joy to be with you both. Your yoga classes helped so many of us both physically and spiritually. Being in the presence of the Kriers was being in a circle of love. We are sure that Jack lived as long as he did, just to be by your side. Caron, you gave him your best every single day and you each brought out the best in each other. How grateful we are to know you and to have known Jack. Thank you for your friendship and your incredible example of love.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
