To the Kuchta and Smolenack family,
I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss. Jeremy was one of my best friends since we were teenagers, I believe it was 14 when we met, eventho I was older than him by 6 months I considered him my big brother. He was always there for me especially when I needed him the most. Share so many fond memories with him.
I love you Jeremy thank you for coming into my life and for being a true definition of a best friend I will miss you so much, may you RIP!!

My condolences to Jeremy’s family and all who knew him. He was one of my first students more than 30 years ago and became my friend over the past couple of years. His intelligence, quick wit, and sarcastic sense of humor were second to none. I will surely miss him and will never forget him.
Rest in Peace Jeremy
