John “Keith” Dean

John “Keith” Dean, of Vero Beach Florida, went to heaven on April 26,2022.

Keith was born Marc h21, 1959 in Vero Beach and had been a lifelong resident. He graduated from Vero Beach High School and later enlisted in the United States Air Force. Following his time in the military he began an over 30 year career in the fire equipment industry.  He enjoyed countless hours fishing the Indian River Lagoon.  Keith also had a deep passion and appreciation for Jazz trumpet.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila DeForrest Dean; siblings, Richard (Melodee) Dean, Pam Bartolucci, Dale (Jackie) Dean, Brenda (Kenny) McDonald, Mark (Cindy) Dean.

A celebration of life is scheduled for a later date.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do.
