Joyce Dail Libert (Joy) was born February 8th, 1951 to Russell Dail and Christine Bellante Dail in Norfolk VA. Joy died peacefully on Sunday morning, November 6th, 2022.
Joy was a retired hospital unit secretary, an ardent gardener that enjoyed traveling to new places. She will be missed by her husband, Ron Libert, her siblings: Russell Dail Jr.(Jamey), Lori Correa (Rob), Douglas Dail. Her six children: Bryan Beckley, Jason Beckley (Andrea), Steven Beckley (Amber), Johnathan Beckley (Brandi), Christina Price (Ronald), and Cameron Beckley; Grandchildren: Joshua, Gabriel, Conner, Emma, Aiden, Jameson, Jaxon, preceded by Bailey. And many more loving family and friends.

Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country.
