Laura Jean Patricia Allen – Bonacci

December 25, 1960 ~ May 29, 2024

In loving memory

Laura Jean Patricia Allen – Bonacci

December 25th, 1960 – May 29th, 2024

We ask now that you take time to remember your relationship with Laura Jean Patricia Allen – Bonacci as she has laid down for her final rest. Born in New York City on Christmas day in 1960 and raised in Paramus, New Jersey by her loving parents, Robert and Joan Allen. Laura resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida for the past eight years.

She is survived by her brothers Robert Allen, Jr and James Michael Allen and will live for eternity with her two adopted children, T.J, and Michelle. Additionally, she is survived by the father of her children, many cousins, and her loving Aunt Helen Brennan.

She attended Our Lady of Visitation and graduated from Paramus High School, Class of 1978.

Laura worked with special needs children and had an incredible love of animals. Growing up there was hardly a week that passed when we didn’t have a new cat or dog that needed to be adopted or cared for. She treated her children with an incredible and unconditional love.

Her lifelong friendship with Laura Jean Patricia Jeffas is the foundation of which all friendships should be held… love, laughter, forgiveness, great stories, and support.

If you knew Laura, each conversation held a strain of New Jersey grit, and more importantly, an incredible sense of humor especially in the most trying times. Throughout her life, from childhood through adulthood, she battled cancer multiple times. To say she was strong, or a survivor would be an understatement.

May God bless you and keep you in the hollow of his hand.

Donations in her name can be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation. www.t2t.org

A day to celebrate her life will be announced at a later time.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
