Ms. Lori Lee Morgan, who sadly left us on July18th, 2024, has forever changed the lives of all who loved her and all who were blessed to be around her. With no surviving family members she leaves behind a circle of friends that have become her forever family.
Born on November 27, 1960, in Niles Michigan, Lori was the most selfless, witty, intelligent, thoughtful, articulate, confident, caring person with the best sense of humor and personified southern charm. It was the essence of who she was.
If you needed a hand she was there. She really listened and her advice always came from the heart. Lori was always up to make you laugh, and she knew exactly what to say. She gave you medicine when you were sick, fed you if you were hungry, and prayed for you when you needed healing.
There was absolutely nothing she wouldn’t do for anyone in need, whether a stranger, friend or foe and would never ever expect anything in return. Lori always stood by her truths and never wavered for anyone.
She idolized and emulated the elegance and style of Grace Kelly. Lori loved to read, whether it was a good book or a recipe. She appreciated all types of cuisine and always spoke about how much she loved the city of Paris and Gone with the Wind. She was very proud of her Georgia roots, and they ran deep.
Lori was the kind of person who no matter the time of day it was, she would always answer. She was always there wanting to know how she could help. She was truly something special. Above all else, Lori loved the Lord and kept him close to her heart, always. We were not ready to let her go, but what gives us peace is knowing she is with the Lord and her mother Loretta, who she missed so very much.
We gained the best guardian Angel.
We love you.
Rest in peace, Lori.
