Luisa Trespalacios, 82 of Vero Beach passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.

She was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and was a resident of Vero Beach for eight months, coming from Long Island, NY.

Luisa was a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her son, Elias Trespalacios of Gainsville, FL; two daughters, Sonia Fish of Miami Beach, FL and Esperanza Trespalacios of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.

As humans we have only a short time on this earth. What we do and the people we meet, love and touch lasts decades beyond our lives have ended For me I will always remember how much she loved to dance. Music just seemed to make her feet move and her eyes smile. Espi you have done so much to make her last years and months on this earth as comfortable and happy as possible. You are a remarkable woman and daughter and your husband Paul has been wonderfully supportive and loving. I will love you forever sis 🙂

We didn’t get to meet you in person but we were introduced through a journey of well planned outfits, happy faces and cute hair bows of pictures reflecting precious and memorable moments spent with you, the sunshine of her life, thanks to your loving and caring daughter Epsi. Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do.
