Lynne M. Peloquin, 73, passed away on August 3, 2026, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on July 8, 1953, to Leon R. Peloquin and Estelle R. Levreault Peloquin, residents of Chicopee, MA.
Lynne spent her first 18 years living in Chicopee. After graduating from Chicopee Comprehensive High School (class of 1971) she continued her education at Holyoke Community College (class of 1974) then continued on to the University of Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor of Science degree (class of 1976). She also received a Certificate of Coding in 2009. Miss Peloquin started at Lahey Clinic in Boston, MA on April 4, 1977; the clinic moved to Burlington, MA, becoming Lahey Clinic Hospital in 1980. She retired on January 20, 2022, after 42 years of dedicated service.
Lynne moved to Dracut, MA in 1988, where she was a member of St. Michael’s, a member of the choir, a Eucharistic Minister, a cantor for many mases, and a member of the Ladies Prayer Group. In her spare time, she was also a member of Centraville Sportsman Club where she enjoyed target shooting.
Lynne is survived by her sisters: Nancy A. Pollender, Alana L. Judge, and Lisa A. Peloquin; nieces: Jeanette L. Beville, Katie Watson, and Laura Cadieux; grand-niece, Lily Watson; and grand-nephew, Conner Watson.
Lynne is predeceased by her parents, Leon R. Peloquin and Estelle R. Levreault Peloquin; and her sister, Debbie L. Cadieux.

Lynne was a wonderful friend. We met several years ago at a Centralville Sportsmen’s Club event, where she just came over to our table and began telling us about herself and asking how we were all doing. It turned out that we were among friends because we all shared a background in information technology. Lynne and I sang in the choir together. From there, friendship grew. Lynne helped me out at my farm stand for a time. She was always willing to lend an ear. We all loved Lynne and enjoyed hearing all about her kitty cats, especially “Oregano.” Lynne will always hold a special place in our hearts. I have a “Memory Garden” we built in honor of my gardening friend, Cecelia Mancini who in 2021, also passed away from pancreatic cancer. I will be ordering a plaque bearing Lynne’s name to place in our memory garden to assure that she too, will not be forgotten.

Sending my love and prayers to your family at the loss of your sister Lynne. She had a beautiful voice and shared it with the community of Saint Michael’s for many years. We loved Lynne as she was an important part of our prayer group. She had a deep faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We were blessed to call her our friend. May she rest in peace. Prayers for her peace. I haven’t seen her in a bit but I’m a nurse and did help her a couple times with her iv at home. I’m a neighbor and saying prayers for you all… her niece was very sweet and helpful to her …. Rest easy Lynne
