Maryanne was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 12, 1935.
Maryanne was a proud graduate of St. Basil’s Catholic High School.
She moved with her family in 1955 to Miami, Florida. Maryanne worked in various office positions, retiring as Human Resources Director at Aero Systems in Miami.
Maryanne’s husband, Ed passed away earlier this year. She is survived by two sisters, Katty (Don) McManus and Sue Massie of Sebastian. Pre-deceased by parents Tom and Maude Watkins and siblings Alane Fritz, Tom Watkins, Jr., Hugh Watkins and Judie Keeler.
Maryanne’s interests included reading, following the Miami Dolphins and all things Disney. She was the “mother” to many cats including her last pet, Angel.
She is lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Maryanne is being interned beside her husband at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.

They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do.
