Army veteran, Michael (Mike) Francis Krumm was born October 23rd, 1960 and passed away January 7th, 2023 from a too short battle with cancer. The first of 6 siblings, he was born in Bismark, North Dakota and primarily raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. At the age of 17 Mike enlisted in the United States Army as a helicopter mechanic and loved every second of his enlistment. His duty stations included Schofield Barracks (Hawaii), Fort Rucker (Alabama) and Fort Sam Houston (Texas) where he attained the rank of Sergeant and he met his wife, then Neilia Williams (now Neilia Krumm). After serving his country, Mike spent over 30 years in the cable industry. He loved to play golf and dote on his family, especially spoiling his grandchildren with candy and four-wheeler rides.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Phyliss Krumm, brother David Krumm, and sister Sue Hansen. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, his daughters Cherri Helms, Jessie Eichstadt (Troy), Kasey Ledford (Justin), and Tiffany Corfield (Kurt); grandchildren Joshua, Isaac, Taylor, Mya, Jayden, Logan, Isabella, Addie, Emma, Olive, and Alex; and great-granddaughter Joanna.
He will be missed every single day by his family and friends, but he will live on in our hearts forever. As Dad would say, “it just life in the big city baby”.
Arrangements are under the direction of Millennium Cremation Service of Port St Lucie, FL. Those that would like to share a fond memory of Mike may do so at www.millenniumcremationservice.com.
