Nicki Moved to Florida about 4 years ago from Pennsylvania, to venture on her beachy way of life. Nicki loved the beach, Thrift shopping and pink flamingos. She was also a big plants person; she loved having many different types of plants. One thing that will never compare to all of that is the Love she had for her grandson Weston (Tuna).

Nickis’ passion for life, family and friends went above and beyond. The path that she walked wasn’t always easy, but she always kept her head up and pushed forward. Her legacy and life will live on in the hearts of all those who had the beautiful privilege of knowing her sweet soul.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date
May she rest in peace and be pain free, surrounded by loved ones as she embarks on her spirit Journey.

I am so happy and blessed to have met Nikki. We first met at Kurtzell where we both worked. We clicked immediately. Her contagious smile and amazing personality was so welcoming and you can’t help but love her . We continued our friendship even after we both left that employer. A couple years ago I got to visit with Nikki in Florida and we had an amazing time . She definitely knew how to be the hostess with the mostess. We laughed a lot she will really be missed . Nikki was just a great soul and I know for a fact she’s dancing with the angels. Love ya girl . TIL we meet again ! ❤️

I met her for her brief stay at NAVSUP, prior to her retirement. Akind heart. “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” She is in the hands of the Lord.

Oh Nicki, I miss you so much! I am so glad we got to spend the time together as much as we did. You, me and Karla were the three musketeers (or preferably by you the three flamingos lol). You fought a good fight and now you can rest. Give my Dad a hug and tell him I love him. I love you…

We got to know your Mom as a neighbor in Florida. We both lived on the same street. No matter the time of day, she always had a smile. Even when life was giving her lemons, she had a positive outlook. We have never met someone with such a great attitude. We will surely miss her and will think of her every time we look at her trailer. It has got to feel impossible to imagine life without her but God will help see you through. Sending prayers and love. Zach, There are no words to describe your loss and none that will heal the pain. Just know that she touched so many of us with her beauty of heart and soul. The beautiful long raven-haired little girl I first knew in the Chapparels grew into a wonderful person loved by more people than you could ever imagine. Every time we re-connected in life, whether 7, marching in the school band front, or working at Letterkenny, I saw the same bubbly smile and same beauty in and out as the first time we met. I know that you were well aware that she lived and died for her family first before anything. I will keep you and your family in my prayers as you take this very hard journey forward in life in her absence. The Lord has gained a very special angel. God bless you.

I met Nicki while she was walking Remington at Barringto. Hills. I would give Remi treats. One day Remi laid down on the street and refused to get up. No amount of coaxing or tugging on the leash would get Remi to move. I called Remi and he immediately got up because he knew I had a treat for him. Watching Nicki and Remi always brought a smile to my face.

So sorry for your loss. Those of us that were lucky enough to work with her and get to know her here in PA will miss her very much. She was a wonderful person who brought a lot of joy to the people around her. I am so glad she got to spend the time she did with her family, I know she wouldn’t have given that time up for anything this side of heaven.

I bought my place in Barrington Hills RV park the same year Nicki did. So when I came back in the fall she came out and introduced herself and we hit it off right from the start. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be my neighbor. I will truly miss you girl. You taught me so much about life. Eating right, eating off the land. Also the love of her family. Spirits and her style were so interesting to me. But I know you are flying high. Pain free!! Rest in peace my friend. Betsy and Jr Strozeski

I’m so sorry for you loss. I met her at Hip Gypsy Emporium in Chambersburg. She was one of my favorite customers. You never knew what she was going to say but whatever it was was assisted by a big smile and a laugh that echoed through the shop. She was a whole lot of sunshine wrapped in mischeif. We were instant friends. She seemed as though she never met a stranger and had the personality that welcomed everyone who crossed her path. I feel honored to have been one of those people.
When she came into the shop, (searching for flamingos) she would always share a story about her family and going to the beach.
We missed her visits after she moved but she would surprise us when she visited Chambersburg and she would stay for hours talking and laughing.
I pray for healing peace to cover your family. Her legacy will live on through the stories you tell and the memories you have. Continue to spread her laughter and her love of the beach and flamingos and know her spirit is never far away. It continues to live through her family and friends. (Too many to count)
