Noelle Catherine Chapman, 31, of Fellsmere, Florida, passed away March 23, 2024.
A lifelong resident of Vero Beach, Noelle was born on February 27, 1993, to Allison Fletcher. She graduated in 2010 from SIATech Charter High School in Homestead, FL.
Noelle had a passion for movies and books, indulging in both. Alongside her love for crafting jewelry and art, she adored cats.
She leaves her memories to be cherished by children, Angela and Julian; longtime partner, Ellis Marshall; mother, Allison Fletcher; sisters, Paige Chapman and Tessa Chapman; grandmother, Elaine McReynolds; and nephews, Tyson, Josiah and Darrell.
She was predeceased by her great-grandparents, Ann and Bernard Benson.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask that you take a moment to hug your child, grandchild, cherished friend, or take a walk in the sunshine.

Noelle will always be remembered in my memories not only as the girls friend…but a daughter of one of my good friends. As Noelle and Paige always called me “ Aunt Jamie” There is so many cherished thoughts and laughs I will love to share with her kids anytime they ask to hear them. Someone might want to start a journal for them and as those memories come flooding in…write them down so those stories can be re-read for a lifetime!! I love u guys n Noelle … if u need anything or someone to talk to…I’ll be here for u.
