Patricia “Pattie” (Rogge) Myles, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, nurse, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on June 4, 1951, to Louis Rogge and Dolores Rogge, Pattie devoted her life to caring for others. As a nurse, she touched countless lives with her compassion, kindness, and unwavering dedication. Caring for people wasn’t simply her profession—it was part of who she was.
Pattie shared 53 beautiful years of marriage with the love of her life, Richard Myles. Together they built a life centered on love, laughter, faith, and family. They raised two wonderful daughters, created a lifetime of memories, and later enjoyed retirement together by the beach, cherishing the simple moments and each other’s company.
She was a devoted mother to Kristie Mehovic (Myles) and Nikki Godwin (Myles), and a loving mother-in-law to Elvis Mehovic and Adam Godwin. Her family was always the center of her world, and she never missed an opportunity to love, encourage, and support them.
Pattie was an incredibly proud grandmother to Elle, Hudson, and Joey. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her grandchildren, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating memories that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
One of Pattie’s greatest passions was horses. She spent countless hours supporting Kristie in horseback riding, traveling to competitions and events, and making memories that became some of the family’s most treasured moments. Those trips reflected the unconditional love and dedication she had for her family.
Anyone fortunate enough to know Pattie knew she had a personality that could never be forgotten. She was spirited, independent, and full of life. She had a quick wit, a playful sense of humor, and a little bit of sass that kept everyone smiling. Whether she was teasing the people she loved, making everyone laugh, or showing off her signature pink hair that matched her vibrant personality, Pattie had a way of bringing joy wherever she went. She lived life on her own terms and made those around her feel welcomed, loved, and accepted just as they were.
Pattie is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Richard Myles; her daughters, Kristie Mehovic (Myles) and Nikki Godwin (Myles); her sons-in-law, Elvis Mehovic and Adam Godwin; her cherished grandchildren, Elle, Hudson, and Joey; her sisters, Annette Parker (Rogge) and Diane Marini (Rogge); her brothers, Larry Rogge, Jimmy Rogge, and Byron Rogge; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing her.
While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the years we were blessed to share with Pattie. Her love, laughter, strength, and compassion will continue to live on through her family and in the countless lives she touched.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, love, kindness, and support during this difficult time. Your compassion has been a source of comfort and strength.
Though she may no longer walk beside us, Pattie’s love, laughter, and beautiful spirit will remain with us always. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

I used to think that growing old was just dealing with illness and the loss of those close to me. You have shown me the strongest spirit of anyone I have known that has faced everything going wrong. You are inspiring. You are gone but I feel very strongly that you are here.
