Sharyn Hewitt, 75, of Vero Beach, passed away on July 19, 2022.

She was born October 6, 1946 in Providence, Rhode Island. She had been a resident of Vero Beach for 21 years, coming from the Miami area.

Sharyn is survived by her son, Sean (Susanne) Hewitt and their children, Ryan and Lily; step-son, Darren Thacker, his wife and their two children.
No public services are planned at this time.

Dear Sean and Family,
Pat and I just found out the very sad news of your Mother’s passing. Needless to say, we are devastated by this news, as we were unaware of all of her health issues.

We haven’t spoken with her in quite a while, but you must know that you, Sean, was the “apple of her eye” and that she loved you dearly! We will always remember your Mother for so many great times spent together!

Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do.
