Stephen Craig Lapp

Stephen Craig Lapp passed away on Friday January 17th, 2025, at 2:10 am at the age of 75. He was born on December 7th, 1949.

 

He served in the Army as a SFC for 28 years and retired in April of 2000. After retiring from the military he moved from Saugerties, New York to eventually Palm Bay Florida to live out the remainder of his life.

 

He enjoyed woodworking, making stain glass and painting. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time at the beach. He loved spending time with his family.

 

He is survived by his wife, Gretchen Lapp; his two step sons: Grant and Drew; his brother, William (Carol); his niece and nephews: Adam, Aaron, and Allison; his children: Steven Jr (Kristin) and Mike (Stephanie) Lapp; his grandchildren: Joey, Tyler, Alex, Nicole, and Kalynn; and great grandkids.

 

He was preceded in death by his late wife, Christine; his mother, Mildred; and father, Donald Lapp.
