Steven Michael Miller died from Cancer complications on June 16, 2024 at the age of 72.

Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1951. He played bass with many musicians throughout the lower Keys; he was an avid fly fisherman and a master carpenter.

His wife, Karen wishes to thank all of their wonderful friends who not only enriched their lives while they lived there, but also made his “SMACK” (Steve Miller Annihilate Cancer Kickoff) fundraiser at the Looe Key Tiki Bar in 2016 a success.

Steve is survived by his wife, Karen, of Sebastian, Florida, his son and daughter-in-law William and Lorry Reichenbach of Cooper City, Florida, his grandson Kevin Reichenbach of Ft. Myers, Florida, his brother Charles Miller of Port Albert, Canada, his brother Kent Miller of Atlanta, Georgia, and his sister Beth Hardin of Winston Salem, North Carolina.
