William (Bill) Miller

William (Bill) Miller passed away at home peacefully on May 4, 2024. Bill was born in Rochester, NY on Nov 8, 1936 to parents Alfred and Anna Miller. He was raised in Spencerport, NY and enlisted in the US Navy in 1954 until 1958.
Bill worked for 44 years as a heavy equipment operator. He managed a beef cattle ranch and worked for the NYS Beef Producers Assoc.
He is survived by his wife of 53 (+2) years Lori, his daughters Marianne Gueth, Jenelle (Frank) Proudfoot and Juli (Alex) Granica, several grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a brother Donald (Kathy) Miller, sisters-in-law Joy Liddy, Antoinette (Garrett) Whelpton, Christina Mastrella, and Kathleen Abdo, brother-in-law Alan (Donna Heiler) Abdo, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, a daughter Tamara Sue Poretsky, brothers Michael, Peter and Joseph and a sister Barbara Britton.
A celebration of life will be planned for the summer in NYS.
