Pat, Kelly & Michael – my deepest condolences in your loss. Bill was a wonderful husband, father, and person. He possessed deep empathy, musical talent, deep intellect, a love of the good times in between his hard work, and he loved you guys so much. He was a father figure to me in ways, always kind and curious about me, and I have a ton of fond memories of him. He was loved and he’ll be remembered by many. Much love to you, Jeff

Pat: Sad news to hear that Bill passed away. Barbara and I will always remember him as the “piano man” who entertained at our Coventry Christmas gatherings. From our little place in Connecticut, we send our sincere sympathy to you, Michael and Kelly. Keep your chin up!

Dearest Pat, Kelly and Michael, We were so sorry to hear of such sadness. Our memories of Bill were of a vibrant and very smart, hard working guy. Received your note, Pat, and thank you for letting us know about your loss. Tried to email and call but nothing seems to be going through. I will write and maybe get better info so we can talk. Long distance hugs and much love to the three of you. ❤️Jack and Linda Wallen

I was so sorry to receive Pat’s card today and find out about Bill’s passing. I have so many memories of working with Bill over 11 years at C&S. He was more than a boss, he was a mentor and a friend. Whenever weather comes up as an issue for people coming to work, I tell them how I worked for a man from Buffalo so even a blizzard was no excuse! I will never forget Bill, Phil and I driving south on a Sunday to take care of an unpleasant business situation. As we got closer to our destination, Bill cranked up The Doors so loud I think I’m partially deaf in one ear. There was also the first year when Bill and Pat hosted a department holiday gathering and we found out what an amazing piano player he was. My thoughts and love are with Pat, Kelly and Mike. May you rest in peace Bill. ~ Jackie
