Billy was a valued friend and golfing partner for many years in Vero Beach. He always had a smile on his face — mostly because he was winning! I must say the odd time he lost he did so with grace. We were a group of four who played pretty regularly and developed a real and enjoyable friendship. Billy will be sadly missed. Brendan Carroll
