read moreMalcolm Frank Hartley, born July 11, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on September 9, 2020 in Vero Beach, Florida. His daughters and wife were by his side to say a temporary goodbye until they meet again in heaven. Malcolm was the oldest of 3 children born to Elsie & Robert Morgan. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Parachute Rigger/Survival Equipment Specialist. After the Navy Malcolm spent time running multiple businesses and inventing fishing equipment to help fund his true passion of fishing. Malcolm could always be found near the water holding a pole and enjoying the world God created for him. Malcolm is survived by his wife Francene Haller who he married on January 1, 2000. Since he had little use for computers he was not concerned about Y2K shutting down the world. If you don’t know what Y2K is just ask your parents. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Renee & Brandon Cunningham; daughter Brigitte “Shelley” Hartley, and son Cory D.
